Mary Ruth’s Organic Elderberry Syrup is one of the supplements that I have chosen to make a part of my daily health and wellness routine. My health is important to me, so I am careful about the things that I choose to put into my body. According to Healthline, Elderberry is one of the most commonly used medicinal plants in the world. It has been used for thousands of years by everyone from the Native Americans to the Ancient Egyptians. The range of symptoms it has been used to treat vary widely from pain relief, swelling, inflammation, and burn relief, to being used as a diuretic and a laxative.
