No they are not. All Tori Belle products are cruelty free. Some of the lashes have faux mink tips, but these are synthetic and not make from real animal fur.
You have a couple of options when shopping for Tori Belle Magnetic Lashes. You can either buy the lashes by themselves, which sell for $35 or you can get the bundle for $55. The bundle comes with Magnetude Magnetic Eyeliner, which you are going to need to apply the lashes. Unless you have extra magnetic eyeliner laying around, it makes sense to get the bundle because it ends up being $20 cheaper than if you buy the lashes and liner separately.

Tori Bell lashes are trimmable from either end but most people cut from the outside. If you cut from the inside, you end up with pretty long inner lashes. There are six magnets on the eyelash. When you trim them, simply cut between two of the magnets.
After applying lashes, hold the anchor under your natural lash, and apply to lash magnets. It will snap into place to create an extra secure hold. Use two anchors, one each for the inner and the outer corners.
When you want to remove your lashes, simple hold the lash and pull firmly. The magnets will release and your lash will come off. Store them in their magnetic case for re-use.
After use you may find that the magnets on your lashes have some residual eyeliner on them, causing them not to stick as well. You can clean your magnets with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol.

Yes, Tori Belle is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company, more commonly known these days as a direct sales company. That being said, MLMs are a lot different today than they were back in the days of Amway and Avon. Now there is no going door to door and very little in the way of in-home parties or person to person selling. Most of it is done on websites or on social media like Facebook and Instagram.
